Arthur William Braswell, Jr. age 63 a resident of 1869 Hop Tyson Road, Greenville, NC died Monday, March 18, 2019 at LifeCare Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arthur was born in Carteret County on August 30, 1955 the son of the late Arthur William Braswell, Sr. and Adell Boyd Braswell. He moved to Greenville where he had lived for the past forty years. Arthur worked with Carl Seymour Trucking for several years as a truck driver until he retired due to his health. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Arthur is survived by a sister: Janice Marie Hawkins and husband Dave of Grimesland, NC; two nieces: Donna Williams and Nancy Waters both of Grimesland, NC; a nephew: Dave Hawkins, Jr. of Macclesfield, NC; five great nephews: Bryan Williams, Brandon Waters, Hunter Williams, Davis Smith, Noah Hawkins and two great nieces: Halie and Riley Hawkins.
