Bruce “Red” Edward Bunting age 67, a resident of 121 E. 7th Street Washington, NC died Monday November 20, 2017.
A Memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Saturday November 25, 2017 at the Salvation Army Christian Church in Washington, NC.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church and other times at his mother’s home located at 121 7th Street, Washington, NC.
Mr. Bunting was born in Beaufort County on August 11, 1950 the son of Margaret Beacham Dudley and the late Gary Bunting.
Red is survived by his mother: Margaret Beacham Dudley of Washington; a daughter: Tania Ann Edwards and husband Douglas of Snow Hill; five sisters: Mavis Carwile and husband Carl of Richmond, Virginia; Jean Stinson of Washington; Linda B. Squires and husband Fred of Pantego; Sandy Silverthorne and husband Turner of Washington and Joyce Tetterton and husband George of Pinetown; four grandchildren: Gloria Edwards,Katherine Edwards, Steven Edwards and Joseph Edwards and one great grandchild: Savella Edwards. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Bernice Bunting, J.R. Bunting and Willie Beacham.
