Claudia Corbett Millan age 43, a resident of 608 Mary St. Chocowinity, NC passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at McLeod Dillon Hospital in Dillon, SC. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Chocowinity Fire Department located at 512 NC-33 Chocowinity, NC. The family is welcoming family and friends at the residence of Claudia Millan throughout the week. Mrs. Claudia was born in Greenville, NC on July 7, 1974 the daughter of Simon Gerald Corbett and Brenda Harrell Pritchard. Mrs. Claudia worked most of her life managing restaurants in Eastern NC. until her life time dream to open her own restaurant with her husband came true, Mi Amor’s Pizzeria. Due to Mrs. Claudia’s health they recently closed the restaurant in December 2017. She also had a degree in Cosmetology, and enjoyed doing hair for the family. Mrs. Claudia had a heart of gold and an attitude to follow, being known for her passion for what she believed in, her family could always count on her to say exactly what she was thinking no matter what, and her family and friends loved her for it and wouldn’t have had it any other way. Mrs. Claudia was known for telling stories that would make people laugh so hard they’d cry and have their cheeks hurting all at the same time. Mrs. Claudia loved to travel and take pictures to capture all the memories. Mrs. Claudia Millan is survived by her husband: Pedro Millan; 5 children of her own 4 daughters: Bethany (babygirl) Narron and her husband Brandon Narron, Aimee (Elmo) Boone, Nicandra (Nikki) Millan, D’Anna (Nana) Millan; 1 son: Lucas (Papa) Millan; her 3 bonus children: Pedro Millan, Jr., Amy Millan and Karmalita Millan; 3 sisters: Selena Ward and fiance De’Shawn Phillips, Celeste Sandy, Pearl Bell and husband Danny Bell; 2 brothers: Jesse Wainwright, Jr. and wife Regina Wainwright and Richard Pritchard, Jr.; grandmother: Merle O’Mary Murray and husband JB; 10 grandchildren and 12 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 2nd father Richard Pritchard, Sr., and grandfather Simon Elliott Corbett,
