    Julianne Snelling Blanks says:
I liked Cynthia so much when we both attended Wesleyan. Life on campus could get rather stodgy. Seeing Cynthia, as we wandered back and forth across the hall in the senior dorm, was such a lift. She had such a
great sense of humour, she was different, when you talked to Cynthia you knew there was a life "outside".
She was a bit goofy, but very smart and very talented. I'm sorry we lost touch. I did visit she and Warren
once after graduation, on my way to somewhere. In 1969 I moved to New Zealand and never saw her again.
She was a delight, would have taken the road less travelled as I did, that is always a brave and risky move.

Thank you Cynthia, for all the many many laughs. You were always so uplifting, my friend.
