Kaylie Alissa Cherry age 20, a resident of Chocowinity, NC died at her home on Friday, September 30, 2022.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced.

Kaylie was born in Llano, Texas on April 24, 2002 the daughter of Michael Ray Cherry, Sr. and Melissa Deloach.

She was a beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. She touched all our lives with her beautiful smile, kind heart. Her laugh was contagious, if she was laughing everyone would laugh. Kaylie loved nature, if it was taking long walks listening to wind blowing through the trees or going to the beach and sitting listening to the waves.
She also loved sloths, so if u saw a sloth you automatically thought of Kaylie, she loved taking pictures, the moons, ice coffee, and Tacos.
Kaylie was very close to her young siblings, her two youngest ones you could hear her call them her babies. She would always make sure if they needed anything she would help. Most of the time all they wanted was a warm hug. We will truly miss her though the most.
We ask that you remember Kaylie by helping nature save a tree or plant a tree so that she will look down on us and Smile!

She is survived by four brothers: Michael Ray Cherry, Jr. of Pembroke, NC; Scott Cherry of Ahoskie, NC; William Dale Earnhardt Cherry of Chocowinity, NC; Caleb Deloach of Texas; five sisters: Kara M. Cherry, Kalila R. Cherry, Melanie N. Cherry, Cheyenne Cherry all of Chocowinity, NC and Porshalyn Cherry of Kinston, NC.

Kalie was a kindhearted and loving young woman. Her unexpected and untimely passing has devastated her family and left them with many expenses. In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for medical and other expenses and may be made by CLICKING HERE
