Margaret M. Buck age 64, a resident 31 Gail Avenue, Chocowinity, NC died Monday, February 3, 2020 at her home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.
Margaret was born in Beaufort County on February 4, 1955 the daughter of the late Jack Hanford Mercer and Rachael Hardison Mercer.
She is survived by her son:Michael Bryant Vandiford of Chocowinity, NC; four brothers: James Mercer and wife Patricia of Belhaven, NC; Charles Mercer of Greenville, NC; John Mercer of Bath, NC; Fred Mercer of Hookerton, NC; six grandchildren: Rachael, Cassie, Eva, Montana, Jeremiah, John and one great-grandchild: Adalyn. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband: J.D. Buck and son: Jackie Buck.
