Milton “Sonny” R. Harris age 78, a resident of 113 Jackson Street, Washington, NC died on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Harris was born on December 12, 1939 in Emporia, Virginia the son of the late Layfette B. Harris and Francis Pauline Harris.
He is survived by three sons: David Ray Harris of Washington, NC; Daniel W. Harris and wife Ashley of Mechanicsville, Virginia; Matt Harris and Jackie of St Marys, Georgia; a daughter: Donna Carol Mcleod and husband Mike of Paducah, Kentucky: one sister, one brother, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
