Pamela Kay Spencer, age 50, a resident of Pantego, NC passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021.
Pamela was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia on January 23, 1971 to the late Lucy Flanigan and James Victor Coffman Sr.
A graveside service to celebrate the life of Pamela will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, June 25, 2021 at Fulford Cemetery in Engelhard, NC.
She is survived by a fiancé: Michael Bulwin; one daughter: Elisha Shelton and husband Kahler of Aurora; one son: Elijah Spencer and fiancée Taylor Selfridge of Plymouth, NC; two brothers: Brian Coffman of and Johnny Prunty, both of Clarksburg, WV; three sisters: Tammy Wilson of Hood River, Oregon, Sharon Goldsmith of Clarksburg, WV, and Elizabeth Coffman also of Clarksburg, WV.
There are three grandchildren: Isaiah Thomas Shelton, Savannah Annamarie Shelton, and Kahler Zeldear Shelton jr. -known affectionately as “Cylus”.
In addition to her mother and father she was preceded in death by one brother: James Victor Coffman, and a husband: Clifford E. Spencer.
