Rodney “Ronnie” J Moore Jr

Rodney “Ronnie” J Moore Jr, a devoted son, brother, and fiancé, passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 45 in Stokes, NC. Born on June 6, 1978, in Washington, NC, Ronnie lived a life filled with love and adventure.

Ronnie was a hardworking individual who dedicated his career to being a Commercial Fisherman. His passion for fishing and being on the water was evident to all who knew him. Whether he was casting his line or navigating the sea, Ronnie found solace and joy in these activities.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Rodney Julius Moore. He leaves behind a loving family and many cherished friends to mourn his loss. His mother, Lisa H. Greene, will forever hold his memory close to her heart. Ronnie’s fiancé, Jenny Pinkham, shared a deep bond with him, and their love will endure even in his absence. His brother, Randall Moore, and sisters, Vanessa Greene and Leslie Ward, will forever miss their beloved sibling.

Ronnie also held a special place in the hearts of his nieces and nephews. Karli Greene, Lianee Ward, Analaiha Clark, and Kaitlyn Ward will carry memories of their uncle’s love and kindness. Likewise, Nathan Ward, Bryson Clark, and Colton Cothron will forever remember their uncle’s guidance and support.

Services to celebrate Ronnie’s life will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 2:00pm at Roanoke Christian Camp, located at 389 Christian Service Camp Rd, Washington, NC 27889.
