Sarah Ann Beacham

Sarah Ann Beacham, age 84, a resident of Chocowinity, passed away at her home on Sunday August 21, 2022.

The family will receive friends at the family home from 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Saturday, August 27, 2022.

She was born on November 6, 1937 to the late Donnie and Jessie (Dixon) Bell in Chocowinity, NC.

Sarah loved taking trips in her younger years and then worked for and retired as a cafeteria manager for the Beaufort County school system.  She was a woman who loved simple pleasures: cooking, painting, playing games on her iPad, her two chihuahuas Little Girl and Bear; but nothing compared to the love of her family.

Along with her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her son, Evan  E.D. Beacham, Jr., sisters; Mary Bell, Beaulah Rhodes, Magdalene Brinn, Marion Edwards, Ruby Edwards, Geraldine Williams, Brothers; David Bell, Herman Bell, Roosevelt Bell, Haywood Bell, and her loving Husband, Evan Dumay Beacham

Sarah is survived by her daughter-in-law, Geneva A. Beacham of Chocowinity, NC; two grandsons, Rodney (Tara) Beacham of Chocowinity, Donald (Karen) Beacham of Chocowinity, NC; great-granddaughter, Emily (Will) Scott of Stokes, NC; four great-grandsons, Randell Paszt of Wilson, NC, Zachary Beacham of Chocowinity, NC, Tristen Beacham of Chocowinity, NC, Kaleb Beacham of Chocowinity, NC; two Great-great grandsons, Brentley Scott of Stokes, NC, Bendrix Scott of Stokes, NC; great-great granddaughter, Beauley Scott of Stokes, NC; along with many nieces and nephews.
